We provide professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, candid photography, and cinematic videography.

Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in the booking agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

The balance payment must be made as per the agreed schedule.

Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation by the client, any expenses already incurred will be deducted.

If we are unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Deccan Lenz.

Clients receive rights for personal use (albums, social media, personal sharing).

Commercial use requires written permission.

We may use selected photos/videos for our portfolio, website, or marketing (unless the client requests otherwise in writing).
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event details and timings.

Ensure photography access to venues and necessary permissions.

Cooperate with our team for smooth execution.
6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by natural disasters, technical issues, or restrictions beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
